Cancellation Policy

          I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured: 

 

          24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book in. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you may be charged for the appointment. 

 

          If a treatment is cancelled or deferred at short notice because you have (or someone in your family has) COVID-19 or has symptoms of COVID-19, any standard cancellation fees will be waivered. You will be asked to kindly confirm in writing that your appointment has been cancelled or deferred because you have COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19.

 

Late Arrivals

 

          If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. 

When calling to schedule an appointment please leave a message. If I am in a treatment, I will return your call as soon as I can.
